Warranty claims typically take 4-5 weeks however timing may be delayed currently due to COVID related shipping delays

The standard warranty is 2 years return to base.
Optional annual support is available at 15% per year for a maximum of 3 extra years (5 years total)

If your scanner is DOA contact IDV Pacific immediately by submitting a request through our support portal (see link in the website footer or headphone icon in the header) and we will replace it with a pre-tested new unit (subject to stock availability) and arrange for the defective reader to be returned to Thales for a warranty claim

If your scanner fails and is business-critical, contact IDV Pacific immediately and we will replace it with a pre-tested new unit (subject to stock availability)

If your scanner fails within 30 days of purchase contact your supplier or IDV Pacific immediately and we will either refund the funds for the device or replace with a pre-tested new unit (subject to stock availability) and arrange for the defective reader to be returned to Thales for a warranty claim. Assuming the item is replaced or repaired under warrant your warranty period will recommence for 2 years from the date of return of the replaced item
